Upstairs from the Pizi pizzeria, in the 1st arrondissement, Blitz Society, The Speak Easy.

A hidden bar dedicated to chess, which comes alive at nightfall.

We walk through the restaurant, pass through a curtain, and take a staircase.
No sign, no directions. The experience begins before you enter.

 

A game begins, a neighbor comments, a conversation starts.
Here, the chessboard is enough to make the introductions.
